Tiffany Welch

Vice President, Strategic Operations

Tiffany has been with Next50 since its inception in 2016 and now serves as the Vice President of Strategic Operations. Tiffany is responsible for managing the operational components of the foundation. She works collaboratively with internal teams, and external partners to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives. Tiffany also manages a portfolio of grants and works closely with grantees and program leads across the state.

Tiffany has been in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years, more than 10 of which have been focused on aging. She is passionate about the critical role Next50 plays in creating a world that values aging.

Tiffany grew up on the Western Slope of Colorado and earned her B.A. in Communications from CU. In her spare time, she loves traveling and being outside with her husband and two teenage daughters. She also enjoys working in her community to support recovery after the Marshall Fire and is a volunteer high school volleyball coach.
