Impact Manager

Kathy joined Next50 in 2024 as an Impact Manager. She works with the team to review grant proposals, acts as staff liaison for selected grants and does outreach to communities across Colorado. She has 30 years of experience in the field of Public Health in both government and non-profit settings.

Kathy has worked in many areas of public health including falls prevention, health literacy, cancer prevention and control and school health. She currently serves as the At-Large Member of the Colorado State Board of Education where she travels across the state to support schools and K-12 public education. She is excited to work with programs across Colorado to enrich life for older adults.

Kathy holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan. She is the mom of three wonderful twenty-something adults and enjoys baking, hiking and traveling.
