While this Administration and Congress head towards a government shutdown and avoid making the decisions needed to make growing older more affordable, our grantees are taking action. These community-based organizations are doing the work necessary to alleviate the economic uncertainty older adults are facing. Next50 is proud to support collaborative and innovative responses that expand digital access, increase aging in place, and end ageism. We encourage any organization interested in funding to schedule a meeting with one of our Community Impact Managers to explore possibilities.
Keep an eye out for some exciting news in the upcoming month from Next50. We will be introducing the new independent nonprofit advocacy organization, seeded by Next50, and its new CEO. Additionally, we will announce our most recent investments in organizations that are doing what our federally elected leaders are not – making aging more affordable, equitable, and dignified.
