Vice President, Strategic Operations

Tiffany has been with Next50 since its inception in 2016 and currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Operations. She leads the foundation’s operational work and collaborates with colleagues and partners to drive strategic priorities, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support the board’s governance and engagement.

With more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including over a decade focused on aging, Tiffany is deeply committed to strengthening the systems and solutions that help create a world that values aging.

Tiffany grew up on the Western Slope of Colorado and earned her B.A. in Communications from CU. She serves on the board of Philanthropy Colorado. When she’s not working, she’s happiest outdoors or travelling with her husband and their two daughters—one in college and one finishing high school.
