W. Eric Kuhn is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. He has been with the office since 2010. In that role, he advises Colorado executive branch agencies on public health and healthcare related issues and litigation. He is also part of the Attorney General’s team that evaluates nonprofit conversions and hospital transactions. The Attorney General appointed him to the Next50 board as an ex officio Trustee in 2016.

Prior to the Attorney General’s Office, Kuhn practiced as an elder law attorney, advising clients on public benefits, probate, and protective proceedings. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Colorado College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and California.
