Gerente de Impacto

De Andra has been a member of the Next50 team since 2024. In her role as Impact Manager, she supports the impact team in handling grants and ensuring that our work best serves communities and organizations serving older adults.

De Andra is a proud Coloradoan who is a double alumnus of the University of Denver. She obtained a Master of Social Work degree in 2017. Since graduating, De Andra has worked as an Intake Case worker for Arapahoe County, a Caseworker for InnovAge, has co-facilitated the Social Justice in South Africa course at DU’s Graduate School of Social Work, and been a part of the Family Services Staff for the Aurora Housing Authority.

Outside of work De Andra enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as gravel cycling and powerlifting.
