Gina Del Castillo
Manager, Community Engagement
Gina joined Next50 in March 2021. She’ll lead our efforts to reach out to and engage with community leaders, partners, nonprofits, and other diverse communities represented in Colorado, with an aim of increasing collaboration and deepening our impact for all older adults and their caregivers.
Born in Denver, Colorado, Gina started her career in the area of career development after leaving the corporate world in the financial banking industry.
Gina’s career spans over 30 years of experience in nonprofit development including program development, building organizational capacity, fund development, board development, organization evaluation, and personal coaching. Gina has also worked at the national level in program design, implementation, and strategic planning throughout the US.
Gina is a graduate of Regis University with a B.A. in Business and Sociology; attended Colorado Christian University Master’s Program M.A. in Education specializing in Utilizing Technology for the Adult Learner. Gina has also consulted on a one-to-one as a personal career and life coach. Gina has served on several boards and volunteers for other nonprofit organizations. She has one son and two of the most amazing grandchildren. She enjoys baking, photography, nature walks, and spending time with friends and family.
